Same-Day Crowns With CEREC Primescan/Primemill

What is a Dental Crown

How the Process Works

Digital Scan – No Messy Impressions

We begin by scanning your tooth using CEREC Primescan, an advanced digital imaging system. This quick, comfortable scan captures precise 3D images of your tooth—no sticky impression trays required.
1

Custom Crown Design

Using the digital scan, your dentist designs your crown on-screen with exact detail. The crown is customized to match your bite, shape, and the natural color of your surrounding teeth for a seamless look.
2

In-Office Milling With Primemill

Once the design is finalized, the information is sent to our CEREC Primemill, which carves your crown from a high-quality ceramic block right in our office. This process takes about 15–20 minutes and ensures exceptional accuracy and strength.

3

Precision Fit & Final Touches

After milling, your crown is refined and polished to achieve a natural appearance. We carefully check the fit and make any necessary adjustments to ensure optimal comfort and function.
4

Same-Day Placement

Your finished crown is bonded securely to your tooth during the same visit. You leave our office with a fully restored smile—no temporary crowns, no return appointments, and no long waits.
